Bea & Her Business – We’re Not The Same
Bea Wheeler is a 20-year-old self-taught British singer-songwriter and musician. Less than two years ago, she released her first single Born To Be Alive. It’s fair to say Bea & Her Business’ career skyrocketed from there. Not in the least because of her popularity on TikTok.
With an early admiration of Lily Allen (and currently artists like Lana Del Rey and Olivia Rodrigo), she started writing songs in childhood. Bea’s first social media following came with her expressive cover versions. However, her own songs have forged a much deeper connection with fans.
Her new single We’re Not The Same has a very grown-up sound for a girl her age. It’s a monumental, classic pop ballad that will still sound great when Bea is twice as old as she is today. The song was co-written and produced by Greg Kurstin, who worked with the likes of Sia, Adele and Kylie Minogue, but Beck, Liam Gallagher and Foo Fighters as well.
We’re Not The Same by Bea & Her Business is the new Carte Blanche Music Wildcard. It will be prominently displayed at the top of the blog for an entire week.
