Alfie Templeman may be only 17 years old, he already has three EP’s under his belt. Like An Animal (2018), Sunday Morning Cereal (2019), and Don’t Go Wasting Time (2019).

He must have thought: ‘new year, new music’, so here it is. Happiness In Fluid Form features Alfie’s signature sound of shimmering guitars, upbeat synths and animated drums. It’s another infectiously charming track, which he wrote with Justin Young.

Alfie calls it ‘the most colourful sugary disco-pop song I’ve put out so far’. He explains: “It came about so easily one day in the studio with Justin from The Vaccines and his right hand man Will and by the end of the day we knew we had something special on our hands. It’s a tough time for everyone right now so hope this brings a little happiness into people’s lives!”
