Angels & Airwaves – All That’s Left Is Love
Angels & Airwaves started in 2005 as a blink-182 spin-off, fronted by Tom DeLonge. A few years ago, he officially parted ways with his original band, and made Angels & Airwaves his fulltime occupation. In 2019, after a short break, the project was resurrected. Following Rebel Girl and Kiss And Tell, All That’s Left Is Love is the band’s third single of what will become their next album.
Although it’s unclear when the uplifting track was recorded, its lyrics appear to mirror society’s self-isolation. ‘The world is different now / We feel more of us’, DeLonge sings on the soaring space rock song. ‘When the days are getting tough / A little bit’s enough / When all that’s left is love’.
All proceeds from the new single will benefit non-profit organisation Feeding America.
