Eliza Shaddad – Just Goes To Show
Born to Sudanese and Scottish parents, Eliza Shaddad is the descendant of a long line of progressive artists and poets dating back to the 1800s. She has written for and featured on Clean Bandit’s top 10 debut album New Eyes, worked with award winning poet Anthony Anaxagorou and jazz group Hansu-Tori, and released two EPs (Waters and Run) in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
Maintaining that biyearly scheme, Shaddad will release her long awaited debut album Future on 26 October. White Lines, My Body and This Is My Cue were already released ahead of it, and Just Goes To Show is the fourth single to precede the long player. Based on the evidence provided by these songs, she is an artist to reckon with!
