European Border Breakers Chart 23 November 2018

While Electricity by Silk City feat. Dua Lipa appears to be untouchable at the top of the European Border Breakers Chart (and is likely to occupy the pole position for the rest of the year), elsewhere in the Top 100 we find 28 (re)entries. Will one of these future hits be the next ascendant to the throne?

11 of those newcomers are tracks that haven’t been in the EBBChart before. Obviously, I’m especially proud of Jade Bird’s former Carte Blanche Music Wildcard Love Has All Been Done Before. But this week’s highest entry is noteworthy as well, as Piroshka (pictured) is essentially an indie supergroup, featuring former members of British nineties indie bands Lush, Moose, Modern English and Elastica.

Check all of this week’s 11 newcomers below:
#34: Piroshka – Everlastingly Yours
#45: Flynn – My Gold
#56: Huxlxy – Horror Movies
#57: Funky Kingston feat. Marjo Leinonen – Hommat Tuntuu Sujuvan
#58: 2nd Blood – Type 9000
#65: Jade Bird – Love Has All Been Done Before
#66: Blanche – Moment
#78: YOTA: Youth Of The Apocalypse – In The Future
#85: Rohey – Can’t Get This
#89: The Blockparty feat. Esko – Huts
#97: Rimon – Sugarcoated Love
