European Border Breakers Chart 3 February 2017
In this weekโs European Border Breakers Chart we see relatively many entries from the Lowlands: three out of 14. Most interesting about that, is that two out of these three (Van Echelpoel – Ziet Em Duun and Lilโ Kleine & Ronnie Flex – Drank & Drugs) are sung in their own language, a Belgian dialect and Dutch respectively. Thatโs extra interesting, as the EBBChart reflects airplay within Europe outside the home country of the artists (hence: โborder breakersโ). The other Benelux entry is Dutch band Orange Skyline with Sound And Fury.
For the 11 other (re)entries, coming from Sweden, the UK, France, Norway and Ireland, click the โEBBChartโ tab at the top of this blog (loading of the PDF may take a little while). For more charts, like the Bubbling Under (which ranks the tracks that are on their way to the Top 100) and brand new ETEP charts (which rank artists by the number of ETEP festivals they played last month), please visit www.europeanborderbreakerscharts.eu.
