Hollie Col – Seasick

Hollie Col is a Sydney-based singer-songwriter whose loveable charm translates into instantly likeable songs. Heavily inspired by artists such as Taylor Swift, Maggie Rogers and Haim, she makes guitar-infused pop. Her self-directed music videos, emphasis on storytelling and LGBTQIA+ representation already brought her an army of fans. Thatโ€™s likely to grow further with the release of her latest track.

Following her previous single Reruns, her new song Seasick is co-written and produced by Dylan Nash (Dean Lewis and Angus & Julia Stone). It has a timeless quality to it and has an ultra memorable chorus.

Hollie says about it: โ€œI wrote this song with Dylan Nash about a back and forth relationship, and how nauseating it can feel to be stuck on someone you just want to get over. I think itโ€™s almost comical how often we lie to ourselves about our own feelings or get frustrated at ourselves for crushing over someone we do NOT want to be crushing over.โ€
