Manchester-based band Larkins follow their 2019 EP TV Dream with a second 4-track release. Their new EP Hit And Run contains their previous singles Make You Better, Pieces and Flood, and the brand-new title track. Or, to be more precise: a brand-new version of the title track.

In 2015, Hit And Run was the first single Larkins ever released. Guitarist Dom Want says about it: “It’s always been a favourite from the live shows but we knew that when we recorded it years ago we didn’t do it justice. We took it back to basics in the studio with (producer) Mark Crew. Feel like we’ve been searching for that Foals vibe for years, hopefully we got it right this time around.”
