Ocean Alley – Way Down
Beloved Aussie band Ocean Alley’s music has been streamed over 260 million times already. They thank this success in part to the fact they’re one of Australia’s most exciting touring acts.
Last week, the six-piece released their new album Lonely Diamond. It was produced by long-time collaborator Callum Howell. Recording took place at Grove Studios, built by INXS’ Garry Gary Beers. The long-player includes previous singles Stained Glass, Infinity, Tombstone and Hot Chicken.
Another stand-out track, Way Down, is the band’s new single. “It’s one of the most energetic songs on the record”, Ocean Alley lead guitarist Angus Goodwin reckons. “A really good toe-tapper and fun to sing along… a fun one for the crowd.”
