German five-piece Some Sprouts steer a middle course between melancholy slacker rock and catchy indie pop. And they’re on a roll. However melancholic the themes in many of the band’s songs, singer Joshua Benker sounds so charming, that one can’t help but feeling good.

At Full Capacity is another example of Some Sprouts‘ nimble, summery tunes. It precedes the band’s new EP Les Rêves D’enfants, due out on 8 May.
